CIE Forjas Minas

The company was founded in 1988 in Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais, developing its activity in the industrial branch of forged and machined components for the automotive sector. In April 2006, the shareholding control of Sada Forjas was acquired and assumed by the CIE Automotive Group, renamed CIE Autoforjas. Since then, the plant has been working on the implementation of technologically advanced and innovative production processes in pursuit of operational excellence.

In January 2022 CIE Autoforjas went through an internal corporate restructuring and today has the denomination CIE Forjas Minas while following the same goal, vision and values of the CIE Automotive group.

Its mission is to be a leader in steel forging and machining of automotive components for transmission, engine and chassis with high added value processes that respect safety and the environment and satisfy the interests of all our stakeholders.
