CIE Stampings Kanhe

CIE Stampings Kahne I was established in 1984, and covers an area of 43000 sq.mtrs. It is equipped with 28 presses, with capacities ranging from 300T to 1200T including two double acting and one hydraulic presses. It is a fully integrated plant having in-house Die manufacturing, Plasma Cutting and full fledged robotic dedicated assembly cells. CIE Stampings Kahne II was set up in 2019, dedicated to tube stamping and forming. As the latest addition, a new tandem line with full automation has been installed. The sequence of the tandem press line is - 1250T-600T-600T-600T-600T.

CIE Stampings Pantnagar

The plant was established in 2011. It is equipped with 14 presses ranging from 40T to 300T, along with fuel tank assembly and CCB line to cater the demands of major OEMS in the region.

The plant was established in 2007, and covers an area of 7500 sq. mtrs. It is equipped with link mechanism presses ranging from 400T to 800T capacity and state of art PTCED, Paint Shop (Durr Make). From this modern facility the plant meets the CED coated critical assemblies of its demanding customers. Critical assemblies include fuel tanks, grills and other skin panels.

The foundry comprises 3 different moulding units. The machining facility comprises 19 cells, CNC, VMC, leak testing and washing. The plant is ISO and BS/OHSAS. An important percentage is directly exported to the US and European customers. It is known for supplying critical castings with high strength and net shape.
