Bilbao, March 2, 2026 – CIE Automotive has today released its 2025 Tax Contribution Report, providing a detailed overview of the Group’s global tax contribution. The publication coincides with the completion of the 2021–2025 strategic cycle, which concludes with a record-breaking tax contribution and a consolidated responsible tax model.
In the 2025 financial year, CIE Automotive’s Total Tax Contribution reached €516 million, the highest figure in its history and a cumulative increase of more than 30% compared to 2021. Of this amount, €291 million correspond to taxes borne directly by the company, while €225 million are taxes collected on behalf of third parties. This contribution is equivalent to more than 60% of global profit before tax, clearly reflecting the fiscal and social impact of the Group’s activity.
During the 2021–2025 period, CIE Automotive’s accumulated tax contribution amounted to €2,380 million, demonstrating a structural and recurring contribution to the financing of public services in all the geographies where the Group operates.
