Bilbao, 30.9.2021- Iñigo Loizaga, currently Head of Engineering at CIE Automotive, will now jointly lead the Group's Engineering and Environment departments in a new role that will undoubtedly prove key in the coming years.

This unification of responsibilities represents an important step forward for CIE in sustainability and more specifically in ecodesign, one of the four strategic lines of its ESG Strategic Plan 2025.

In this way, the Group definitively integrates the environment and climate change into its business model, both at product development and production levels, and it faces the important challenges posed by society and by the different stakeholders with guarantees.
